These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") govern your access to and use of the ikon777 online gaming platform (the "Platform"), operated by ikon777 (hereinafter referred to as "ikon777", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at https://ikon777.cam.

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player to access and use the Platform.

• "FPX" means Financial Process Exchange, the real-time online payment gateway used by Malaysian banks and financial institutions.
• "DuitNow" means the real-time interbank fund transfer and payment service operated under PayNet in Malaysia.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and address verification process required under anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the ikon777 website, associated mobile interfaces, applications, games, and services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winings may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player through an accepted payment method and held in the Player's Account, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is expressly restricted by applicable law or Platform policy.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ikon777, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You are aged21 years or older. ikon777 strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement for all gaming activities on the Platform.
2. You are a human individual and are not registering the Account on behalf of any other person, corporation, or legal entity.
3. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction.
4. You have not previously been excluded from ikon777 or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily or involuntarily.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of an employee of ikon777 or any of its affiliated or subsidiary entities.
6. You are acting on your own behalf for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any professional gambling syndicate or third-party operation.

Each Player is permitted to holdone Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.ikon777 is not liable for any delays or losses arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your ikon777 Account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Notify ikon777 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.

ikon777 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

ikon777 accepts deposits through the following verified payment channels available to Malaysian players: FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and 40+ member banks), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM20 for most payment methods.

All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from accounts not registered in your name will be reversed and may result in Account suspension.

• ikon777 does not charge fees for processing deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposit amounts are credited to your Account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable.
• ikon777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction as part of our AML and KYC compliance obligations.
• Deposits made in error may be subject to administrative processing charges upon reversal.

Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their Account at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

1. The Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
2. All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active Bonus Funds must have been satisfied.
3. The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available withdrawal limit for the relevant period.
4. The Account must be in good standing with no active fraud investigations, disputes, or regulatory holds.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible. ikon777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Indicative processing times:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay: 5–30 minutes under normal conditions.
• FPX Bank Transfer / DuitNow: 30 minutes to 4 hours.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT): 10–60 minutes subject to network conditions.

ikon777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any such delays. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30.

ikon777 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. All promotions are governed by the specific terms associated with each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

General bonus provisions include the following:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Unless specified otherwise, wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the redemption window stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• ikon777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel any bonus credit at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects abuse or misuse.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion between players, arbitrage strategies, and the exploitation of technical errors — will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside the specified wagering path.

All bets and wagers placed on ikon777 are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. The following general provisions apply across all gaming and betting products on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ikon777 does not permit cancellation of confirmed wagers except in circumstances where an error byikon777 has been demonstrated.
• In the event of a technical failure, network disruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ikon777 reserves the right to void the relevant round or wager and return the stake to the Player.
• Where a sporting event is postponed or abandoned, ikon777's sportsbook rules governing settlement of such events will apply. These rules are available within the sportsbook section.
• ikon777 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all casino games. RNG outcomes are independently audited and cannot be influenced by any external party.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) rates are indicative long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• ikon777 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on individual Players at its discretion, particularly where betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ikon777 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Depositing or using funds derived from illegal activities, including money laundering;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated betting designed to defraud ikon777 or other Players;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory via VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing ikon777 staff or other users of the Platform;
• Facilitating access to the Platform for individuals under the age of 21.

ikon777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any supplemental platform rules;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Discovery that the Account holder is under the age of 21;
• A request by the Player to self-exclude under the Platform's responsible gambling provisions;
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring ikon777 to restrict the Account.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Accounts may do so by contacting customer support. Any remaining Real Money Funds (subject to verification) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise determined atikon777's sole discretion.

All content on theikon777 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, game software, audiovisual content, and interface design — is the intellectual property of ikon777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any game software or Platform component;
• Use any ikon777 trademark, logo, or brand material without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ikon777 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failure or third-party service disruption;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by payment intermediaries, including FPX, DuitNow, or e-wallet providers;
• Losses resulting from the Player's own gaming decisions;
• Unauthorised access to the Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to adequately secure their credentials;
• Changes to game rules, odds, or promotional terms as permitted under this Agreement.

In any event, ikon777's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ikon777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail how we collect personal data, the legal basis for processing, your data rights, and how to contact us regarding data matters.

By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy before registering an Account.

ikon777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through every registered Account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session duration limits.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ikon777 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including disputes regarding its validity, breach, or termination — shall first be addressed throughikon777's internal complaints procedure.

Players are encouraged to raise disputes by contacting our customer support team in the first instance. ikon777 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through this process, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body as designated by our licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
